Before I list the steps to copy a HTML template from ThemeForest, I will give a quick disclaimer. This video is only intended for educational purposes and if anyone uses the knowledge obtained from this video for harmful or illegal purposes, the person will be fully responsible for their actions.

Choosing a Template from Themeforest
Head over to themeforest.com and search for HTML templates, you will discover several good-looking, responsive, and modern templates. Follow the following steps to clone the templates for free. When you identify the template you wish to copy, proceed to the next step.

Open the demo page of the template:
To be able to clone any HTML template, you have to click the “Preview” button for the demo page to open. Once the demo page is open, click on the page/template logo to take you to the original demo page of the designer’s domain. With the link, you can copy a HTML template successfully.

Download and Install HTTrack Website Copier
There is a lot of software that can be used to copy a HTML template, but in this tutorial, I will use the HTTrack Website Copier. This software is free, quick to install, and among all, it is reliable. It does a great job of copying layouts, images, videos, documents, icons, fonts, and lots more.
To install the HTTrack Website copier, go to Download HTTrack Website Copier and download the appropriate file depending on your computer specification and install the file into your computer after downloading.

Run your first HTML Template Copy
Open the software after a successful installation, and click on “Next” to start a new project.
Enter the project name and category (optional), the base path will automatically be created by HTTrack Website Copier as “C:\My Web Sites”, you can change that if need be, then Click “Next” to go to continue.
In the next window, select “Download web site(s)” as the Action, enter the URL(s) in the “Web Addresses: (URL)” section, and click “Next”. Click “Finish” to start the clone task.
